You could have turned on msi mode in nvclean install no need for that other program. Also why would you turn on rebar in the profile inspector if you are not going to enable it in your bios ...makes not much sense there.

@@MiscreantEnj in my case i had to enable it in the bios, and adapt the settings therrafter in nvidia profile inspector to be working better. Without the tweak in nvidia profile inspector and only changed in bios, it works but sub optimal

brother i dont recommend disabling p state via registry, its better done selectively via msi afterburner when you actually game (locking voltage/frequency in the table) because it degraded my gpu mem on very low temps even

how do you fix 60 hertz after safe mode or that nvidia driver my mointer is 240hz but now its capped to 60hz and i can't put it to 240hz

dont use g-sync or any settings with "sync" in it since that will just tear your fps apart :/

Performance everything, increase pre rendered frames and shader cache to unlimited. Just remember pre rendered frames if increase slightly increased input delay. So if you really need fps increase it.
