If you have Nvidia APP version ending in 1.256 or newer (you can check version under settings, about) These features are already available to you as it likely auto updated for you :)

Thanks a lot. How low can the voltage be set for an RTX 4090? Is e.g. 0,9 or 0,91 or 0,92 mV possible?

Note: The Automatic Tuning only works for GTX16 series and above. So don't delete MSI Afterburner which can overclock most GPU's.

Anyone using a GTX card or older (not including 1660s) don’t qualify for the system performance overclock settings. You need RTX 20 series, GTX 16 series or newer.

Every time I tried using the Nvidia App's overlay while taking a screenshot it's completely black and can't seem to fix it. Is there any way to solve this? Cool app for sure but was resetting my recording every time I tabbed out of the game, so I lose everything I wanted to record. Installed old version of GeForce experience, now recordings work fine. If they fix that, I might switch to this.

I didn't realize the app got an update. I know the gpu did but not the app. Let's goo! Been loving this beta app. Mine didn't update? Mine didn't even give me the option. Wtf? RTX Dynamic vibrance and HDR are exclusive for 40 series? I dont have this setting on my 3080

Why won´t automatic GPU tuning work? Non of the videos on the topic comes with a solution that works. It just says that it can´t scan my system due to the current demand on the system (ot word for word, but can´t 100% remember what it says)

The reason bit rate can go from 150 to 250mbps will be the dual AV1 encoders for RTX 4070 Ti onwards that has dual encoders but also there is a 12GB limitation of VRAM needed. As for overclocking i still prefer MSI Afterburner because of it's curve so it slightly undervolts and even with a pitiful 105% power increase my RTX4070 Ti Super hits around 2.85-2.9GHz boost depending on the game.

My 3080 clocks dropped using the new overclock method in the nvidia app. Easily hits 2000mhz on clock stock but with this it dropped it to 1685 and lost a lot of fps in gpu bound areas.

If nvidia app is a replacement, it means that i can uninstall the geforce experience?

I have the 3060 rtx and have the app. I reinstalled the the newest driver and still don't have the system section. Not sure what I am doing wrong. I have the i5 11400f, 32 gig 3600 ram and the 3060 rtx 12gb. Driver version i have is the 556.12

I use GPU Tweak III but if I try this tuning for the GPU, how do I know which program gets the final tuning applied?

Funny when the app first came out I had the HDR as an option, but since then it has disappeared, even with a 3070 and a tv that supports HDR

@PiratFist975 I found the solution for me, you literally have to close everything and dont even touch anything while the process is running, I mean ofc don't touch windows processes, just turn off the things you usually use but windows don't need them to work

120fps is on all RTX GPUs? But AV1 is exclusive to 4000 series

Will this pretty much eliminate any of the OC versions of any video card? This sounds like people that aren't comfortable to OC their own, to buy the OC version (that most manufacturers provide) to be moot.

I just did a manual OC for my 3090 that is as good as that OC without issues and less voltage than stock. It's easy to do for both the 30 and 40 series cards, but I do understand why some people would rather just do this.

Still need 3rd party apps like msi afterburner for vieweing stats since the Nvidia app fails to show them most of the time and also GPU usage freezes and stays the same number most times.

you can already enable that with the Alt+Z overlay. The only thing that's missing from there is the RAM usage statistic, but GPU, CPU, VRAM etc are all there

@@beautifullife8895 dont optimize your games thrugh the app LMAO, it gives you the wrong settings. just watch a yt video or set everything to low if you want performance (assuming you do if youre "optimizing" games in the app). app said 60gps for ow2 when i can clearly run it at over 500fps all low settings. its useless

You don't have an overclock running or anything in another app? Web browsers, discord and Spotify also use hardware acceleration so you could temporarily close those and try :)
