Excellent! Thank you for pointing out why it no longer sucks and how to remove the suction cup from the GPS mount. I have just ordered a suction cup from Nextbase for £6.5. You saved me ££££ by not buying the whole mount. Thanks again

Hi and thanks for the comment. I wonder how many other Nextbase customers feel the same way and just stop using the camera? For info, mine is still stuck fast to the windscreen since the new install. Cheers, Andy.

Thank you! Ours is always dropping off, which is doubly annoying because it sets off the car alarm! We put it down to the heat, but will have to check the mount for damage now - ours is the 522 as well, so may look into the replacement part or just the box of bits you have… ✅👍🏻🐸

trust me dont use the adhesive ive had mine a year and gone through about 3 sticky pads it fails when the sun gets to it and falls off. now bought the sucker mount as im sick of it falling off

Hi and thanks for your experience and feedback. Since fitting it we’ve not had much sunny or hot weather to test the adhesive, so currently this is still stuck fast to the screen. I’ll see if I can remember to feedback any more issues if I have them later. Thanks again, Andy.

I’ve found the adhesive fixing poor I need the suction fixing maybe for 522. Why should I have to buy the suction fixing separately.

How come you get the suction cup with it as well but I don’t! Im in the UK and just got it delivered yesterday 🙄 I was a bit annoyed as I’d prefer it to the permanent sticker one!

Unsure why you didn’t, maybe it’s a Halfords thing? Did you purchase from Nextbase directly? I had two links to use for online purchase, 1 was the sticky mount and one was the sucker mount. Let us know who you purchased from?

@@tanksontour directly from Nextbase and I paid more expensive than Halfords bundle for it too 🙄 as I want bigger SD card than the one that Halfords provided. I checked on the link but it out of stock. Anyhow they should provide it in the set anyway not to take it away and charge more expensive.
