Could i put a cooling fan in the place of the heat sink? Would the cooling be better?

Opened up computor - removed RAM card - no dust in slot but put the card back in slot - and stupid red light and beep went away, ........ Computor working fine now ! What would we do without KZread ???

@@Brainrotguy001 Reseat the hardware like take out your cpu from its shell and replace it if you reseated every hardware and it still doesnt work a hardware may have failed
