20 years of PC gaming + office job already shortened some muscles and caused an rsi. Done this routine twice, it already feels better. I am gonna do it 2x @ home and 2x @work. Cant thank you enough.

Artist here who suffered from right shoulder pain from drawing on the iPad/using the mouse. A colleague recommended this video to me and - it works like a charm. After doing the exercises just 2 days in a row, the pain was basically gone. I have a knot in my right shoulder from gaming, I have the switch and going to try with the remotes in each hand and not the joy con holder when playing on my tv and doing these exercises. thanks for the help!
Thanks a lot, all this exercises are so good, i started having pain when i started playing aim trainers (I could play games for a ton of hours and it didn’t matter but the aim trainers need more movements and clicks)

I care a lot about posture after I got shoulder pain from playing volleyball bcs later on I learnt that one have to mind their posture and step when overhead serve or spike because there's risk to develop shoulder pain. I'll try this exercise and see if it improves my shoulder pain.

Can I add rotator cuff strengthening to this routine?
I've been doing this routine every day for a couple of weeks and it's really helping my frozen shoulder; but christ it's annoying as fuck that 8 and 0 on the timer look the same.
If this is accompanied by forearm (close to elbow, upper part when useing mouse) tingle/"burn"/pain while using the mouse, smthg similar to tennis elbow, any video you can point me to? or its a symptom of the shoulder problem and if i treat the shoulder regularly all hand issues go away? ANother question for this type of gaming shoulder changeing the mouse helps? (mine might be too big, g600 for M hands)
Is this good to do with mouse shoulder or just as a preventive?

did it for the first time for my shoulder ache, feeling a lot of pain and discomfort
I fell down 9 months ago and suffered a fracture in my clavicle. I was supposed to remain immobilized but it was quite impossible since I live alone and had no one to carry out my errands at home and with my dog and I had to travel, so I am to be honest I, did not follow the Dr`s instructions. I had an Rx taken like a month ago and the fracture has healed (a callus has formed). I've been working (writing not gaming) in my computer for the last days and the pain keeps increasing on my shoulder (joint) and my bicep. Are these the proper exercises to heal my pain? Would deeply appreciate your advice. Have a nice day!
06:07 if I have the range of motion when gripping the band wide, should I go more narrow?

Yes you can but the goal is not to be at a width in which you are struggling to bring it back behind you. Instead it is to maintain the tension so you are utilizing your rotator cuff as your bring it behind you
my shoulders are clicking hard during the pec stretc exercises is it normal?

Day 3 Today feelt better while gaming but still pain. I see the progres hope this works have lived with Daily pain in 9 moths now

Day 10 have alot of pain ATM skiped day 9 to beeing so tierd of pain and geting a cold. Now day 10 i did all exercises on the evaning. Will keep do it for 21 days 3 weeks and se results then back off if it dont work.
