Fix a split allioli or mayonnaise

    What a great fix. I have thrown out so many Aliolis because I couldn't get the emulsion going or after it split in the fridge. Thanks :)

    Do u use cold water? How much cold water do u used? I did watch many videos on you tube on how to fix broken mayo, but it still come with failures. I haven't tired ur technique yet.
