This is great. I listen to NPR every morning and David Green is my favorite along with Steve Inskeep. Great program.

Steve Inskeep is America's reincarnation of Dr. Goebbels telling people what to accept as solely true and how to think. Both of them were the most dreadful thing to listen to in the morning. Aside from screechy Nina Totenberg and Moyra Liasson parroting what some other birdbrain had said somewhere. Like a moron I listened to them for years along my endless drive to work. NPR should be sued for ruing so many people's mornings.

omg! I am going to miss David every morning!!!!!! I had the chance to meet him once at a KCRW event in someone's backyard in Los Angeles and found him as easily approachable in person as he his so easy to listen to on the air. NPR has a tough task ahead to find a replacement for him, I am sure... Thank you David for your brilliance! You will be missed by me...

Had to look him up today as it's his last day on Morning Edition. It's so strange to see his face, not at all how I pictured him! It's almost like someone dubbed his voice on someone else's face lol. Congrats to Mr Greene and best of luck to his future projects.

Critical analysis is clearly not your forte. Not a day goes by that NPR doesn't skew reporting to fit their very evident liberal agenda, often leaving inconvenient news items out. Bet you would feel very comfortable and reassured living in trustworthy North Korea were it not the language thing.

@@jginda1 Are you for real? COMPLETELY informed on ALL matters?! Where's the science in what you wrote? Sound smart = omniscient, all-knowing? Like a god? The guy can't even be truthful about his background because then a majority of the biggest stars at NPR would per of one background.

David should take over the morning show. the two hosting the show are ruining NPR. Rachel is from Idaho and Steven is a Christian Democrat. Scary times at NPR.
