That actually makes sense. Plus, Gohan has insane potential to get stronger if he focuses on his training again instead of the light training he does just to maintain his powers. Combine that level of potential and an Android with limitless stamina and energy and you would have a fighter capable of continuously surpassing his limits at a rate faster than Goku can keep up with
