Wonderful information! May I add a couple of things I learned years ago and have used since? First, if stung by nettle, quickly put mud on it to immediately stop the sting. Good if one can't get to the herb tinctures fast. Second, butterbur for allergies. I've been taking this inexpensive herb for years with tremendous results. Hopefully, this only serves to add to your expert information that I plan to add to my "first aid" cabinet. Much love to you, your family and to all!

I tripped on a step once and fell flat on my face onto my granite patio. I was watering my houseplants and had a glass bottle in my hand that shattered. Blood was spilling out, and I heard "Yarrow!" There she was, growing right in front of me. :) I was alone and felt like I was maybe going into shock, but I had the presence of mind to grab some Yarrow and wash out the wounds on my hand. I'd cut one finger to the bone. I made a spit poultice with Yarrow, took something to settle me down, and just sat on the sofa, breathing slowly. Every day I dressed the wounds with Yarrow, and it looked like I had green stitches. :) There's no longer a scar. She is an amazing healer! 🌿Thx for another great video, Terri! I don't know Woundwort, but I'm going to look for her. 💚

Wild Yarrow has white flowers which sometimes turn a little pink. The yellow Yarrow has been bred for gardens rather than for medicine. Personally I would just use the white or wild Yarrow. When I say wild, I grew it from seed but it is the wild one.

Definitely rose water will soothe but if the skin is very burned try Aloe vera or St. John's Wort oil. Some people think SJW makes a person photosensitive but I think that is only the synthetic medication as SJW would be used for burns.

I have noticed friends reporting very different things, often relating to autoimmune problems they never experienced before. The ingredients may vary among different pharma products possibly. No way for me to know. One can’t go wrong with sunlight, walking in natural places, organic foods, regular sleep hours and a limit on tv and cellphone. I tell them to seek out naturopathic doctors because they treat the whole person.

For bumps and bruises or for aching limbs after hard work in the garden or a long walk, use a balm or salve. Very easy to make, infuse in oil for 6 weeks and then melt a little beeswax into the strained oil. Pour your oil and beeswax into a container and there you go. Then just rub it gently into the affected part.
