i used the same 2” bracket with honda 420 shocks it helped a lot and gave me way more room

Hey was wondering what offset do you recommend for a 27 inch tire on a 97 Honda forman 400 I don't like it stick way out when I've got room under it so an offset on a rim would be helpful

Did you have any trouble with the lift kit on the front shocks? I bought the same lift and my A-arms don’t go far down enough to install the lift.

Would you happen to know the part number for the front output shaft seal on these bikes the one in the case ?

I was wondering what jet size you had to go to when you did the exhaust and snorkel. Mine seems to be starving for gas.

You ever use a " Stanley Shaver" tool to clean up the edge of the cut plastic. it looks like a cheese grader with a handle, for shaping wood. It works pretty good to clean up the edge after cutting. You can round the edge over. Like the build a lot. I just got a green 98 Foreman ES. Working out the ES issues.

No the belt sander has just always done me well, I like the long edge on it to really flow the cuts. Appreciate it tho as I have seen them. Always like the Foreman, Ive got a slight build series on one on the channel.

I could see this little guy going from #3 on the toy list to #1.. easily!... and I wouldn't sell this one, its a cream puff hunter/shop special, it hasn't been beat to death and it won't be costing a bunch to keep going either, even if u do make it a real mud monster... I think u made a good find and this is a win I wouldn't let go of.... besides, your toy box has got plenty of room for it... lol

Its #1 right now haha. Im kinda with you, I may put it up for sale and if it does it does if not Ill keep it. I love finding Gems like this but its getting tuffer and tuffer

It looks awesome but what about stability?

Would it have been better to have left the 2” loft off the rear because those lifts put the rear axle closer to the fenders ?

What kind of hose do you recommend for snorkels? Something that can withstand fuel? I want something thats going to hold up over time

The 350 ranchers are a decent platform to build a smaller mud bike but I wish there was more GR options for them

They have enough for them, 30 and 60% I believe.

How good do you pull those tires in mud

do you think my 350 rancher could spin 28in bkt with no power mods?

Trying to do more stuff with my son outdoors. What ATV do you suggest? We are 6’ plus tall. Do you have ATV for sale. Live in New York.

None For Sale at the moment, but the Polaris does have a taller seat than most so that will help with leg room. Also come in many sizes to fit you and him!

I think so. You can mess with the Clutch some also to help, but 450 should be big enough.

Why hasn't anyone used assassinators on a rancher 350? Imma put some 29.5 assassinators on mine with 60 percent gr. Thanks for the advice on how to make big tires fit lol

I always run Delta's as well. I've never had one issue with them. Personally I like the looks of them as well. They are simple and clean. I can't stand the SS or HD wheels because everyone and their momma has them.

True, Ive ran them on a lot of different wheelers and always held up great. Ill always run them on a mud ride.

My Honda Rancher 350 just started smoking white smoke at higher rpm do you think it could be because the oil change is a while overdue? The valves are a bit louder too.

I think you need a valve adjustment. White smoke is usually carb. Blue smoke is bad.

With that size tires on a 350cc four wheeler would they wreck your differential and drive train?

Not if you add a gear reduction spins em good

You ever heard of any clutch problems with the 350? I have a 2001 and it sounds like it sort of slips when I shift up

Can you make a full waterproof vid on this bike and show how to run crank case ? I snorkeled mine and dia electric greese everything plug except the dash stuff went rack deep and it was fine went through it a couple times and fine then went riding and turned the bike off and battery was dead ( was fine before ) but that whole trip my starter Solenoid was broke so I have to jump it off my touching the to bolts together on the solenoid idk when I went through deep water the solenoid got wet inside and was drawing to much power from battery

Yes they have low gear. I'm putting 27" on mine. 28" will fit but you will have to trim.

Their is a guy who makes a stretch/lift kit for ranchers. You should check it out. Or maybe make one.

They sound good but the HMFs on the 350 Ranchers always looked stupid on that angle

I just do custom installs so not sure of to many kits. I always make mine from Lowes.

SolitudeCustoms did it turn any good on pavement. I don’t ride in very thick mud. Mostly water

I just don't know how that four-wheeler has enough power to turn them

Do you still need to know. What year ac 400. Depending on what year the suzuki 400 quad is the same.

Should spin them well in first gear tourquey little bikes
