WARNING:
The fitprohawaii channel and its videos are not meant to be instructional or “how to”. It’s just a log of all the training I do in a day, and some of it can be considered dangerous.
TRT, PEDs, SARMs, GH?
You don’t know me well enough for me to deserve your trust, but please accept my word to you and the other viewers that I have never used TRT (testosterone replacement therapy), PEDs (performance enhancing drugs) SARMs or GH past or present. I’m a stage 3C cancer survivor, and I have no interest in those substances or their effects.
I started this channel on May 13, 2020 as a way to keep my clients motivated. It’s grown a little, and there are now a few good people who have placed a lot of trust in my word and my practices. I would never betray that. I welcome questions and comments, and thank you for watching.
That being said...welcome to my channel! My name is Bill Maeda, and I’m a husband, a father, and a personal trainer living and loving life in Honolulu, Hawaii. I feel honored to have you visit my channel and I consider you a friend, so enjoy the videos and please leave comments.
Aloha 🤙Bill

Bill Great club flow routine... I'm growing to love them. Their long lever weight distribution require the body to adapt and compliment Kettlebell Training.

I asked this on tiktok, but I'm asking it here, hoping you see one of them. It seems to me, getting started with these, that most people online working with and providing instructions for working with these clubbells are moving too much weight around, and recommending too much weight as well. They appear to have poor form and cut movements short to move the clubbell around the body faster, rather than slowing it down and getting a full range of controlled movement like it appears to me, I see you doing in your videos. What are your thoughts?

Lol! I couldn’t agree with you more, @Phillip Taylor. I learned the traditional techniques in ‘08 and they were interesting enough for me to invest in a set, but I quickly got bored until recently when I broadened my base and started moving the clubs in more of a global, full body expression. This has made the practice MUCH more engaging and the effect throughout the body is profound. Thank you for watching. Aloha

Bill, was there ever a time in your life that you consciously “bulked” or did you just slowly gain muscle over time?

I’ve always “struggled” to gain and maintain weight, so I’ve never gone through an off season or bulking phase. The heaviest I’ve ever been was 225 lbs. in the early 90s. I hang out at 195 now:) Aloha 🤙Bill
