Wish I had these vids in HS. I quit soccer because I moved to a new state and stopped practicing for a few months. Didn't make varsity in my new school due to lack of conditioning. One of my biggest regrets. I'm barely starting to play again
I miss the college videos... those were the best part of my day

Yes that means that you are working your lung if you don’t feel that then you are not pushing your self enough

I've recently started playing again. It was horrible I'm goalkeeper. And in the first dive i took I was winded lmao I'm going to start getting back into shape 😊
would this work for u14 and u13. Or would you change bump up the times?
For the 2 first exercice, are you working endurance power and the third exercice , PMA, and the last lactic exercice??

Wow i miss playing sports. Kinda overweight but i have good endurance. Going to work on just exercising and drills and maybe by next year ill be in shape

I don’t think you should wait to catch your breath too much cuz isn’t the point of the drills to work under fatigue? So why wait until your not fatigued anymore and you caught your breath
I have great stamina but when my feet are bleeding my stamina decrease Significantly (i play bare foot)
