You really have to put in the work and remember that your surgery is JUST a tool. Walking helps A LOT. When i walk for 1h a day all my water weight and bloating is gone.

@@amagineseo yes I did. Along with all your other ones. I’m in the process of getting VSG. I have a couple of appointments to do before the date is set. I am excited and nervous at the same damn time 🤣😩 and all that you have posted are very helpful.

Agreed. my friend started working out 3 weeks after she got the surgery . Shes 10 months post op she lost 80 lbs but she believes if she would have walked more she probably would be 100 lbs down already lol
