You look amazing! I’m 12 days post opt. And down 18lb the first week was hard but pain is getting better and I’m enjoying this journey. And your right this is definitely a last resort option for most people

You look amazing. Thank you for sharing, I needed to hear this. I’m one month post op and 28 pounds down. The mental part is the hardest part!

Thank you for pointing out to do what YOUR surgeon suggests. I see things where a surgeon will say "I let my patients 'xyz'" but MY doctor said not to do that. I can respect what another surgeon/person does, but if it's specifically adverse to what my doctor said, I will not do it. I still take in the additional information because 99% of the time it is very helpful. For instance: If you said that you did whatever, if it's adverse to what my doctor said, I wouldn't do it, but that doesn't mean you don't have some very valuable information for me. Just came across your channel and I love your personality. Subscribed!
