I can't get over on how great you two are. Realistic. Achievable. Down to earth. Both of you are non aggressive, unlike many you tubers, where you feel so pressured to be a certain way, and being perfect. Your variety is beautiful and is so much appreciated. THANK YOU for being 100% you and not a made up life.

Understandable. I'm mostly vegetarian but I don't actually use that to describe my usual diet. I use the word "whole." As little processed foods as my budget can allow (god though those pita chips always test me.) But as FB says, try to go whole and unprocessed. If you do that, you'll be fine.

I agree with what Daniel said about cheat meals - it's fun in the moment, but after awhile of clean eating, you're cravings go way down and you relish the feeling of eating healthy, not being bloated and having good skin (at least for me). I think you get to a point where you don't even want to eat cheat foods anymore because you don't feel like it's worth it!

Thank you for this. I stumbled across this video about two years ago during a downward spiral of obsessing with calories and macros. I didn't care what I ate as long as it "fit". I'm here again to say thank you. I've watched this video more than once because it has inspired me to eat healthy for health and my body. KZread is full of people with unhealthy "fitness" habits. It's so nice to have you two.

Thank you guys SO MUCH for your continued integrity and honesty in being transparent with your followers. I really appreciate that you don't play it off like you never eat French fries or have a drink, but admit that you feel free to do so from time to time because you eat so well the rest of the time! Great info and advice as always, and very reasonable. You guys are the best!

We don't worry about it. That's kind of what we were talking about in the video, treating it like a cheat day, enjoying ourselves/not fretting too much about it, and going right back to our healthy habits the next day. Just focus on getting back to normal right after - think of how much less groggy and sluggish you feel after a healthy meal versus crappy processed foods for motivation!

Great video. I love how you have beans, whole wheat pasta, couscous, beer etc on the table...some fitness experts are unhealthily fanatic about food and make grains, fruits basically ANY carbs seem like an enemy and that's a really damaging (and incorrect) thing to tell people

I watched this video a few days ago, but before that I went shopping and bought some doritos, while I was eating them, I remembered about this video and it made me think, I don't want to eat this. So I put them down and did a FB workout, I am sweaty and out of breath, but I feel great! I am working on losing weight and getting fit, I'm also ttc so I know that losing weight and getting fit is important for my main goal of getting pregnant. I am so glad that I can actually do these routines and feel calm at the same time instead of those other routines where people just yell at you to keep going the whole time. These videos and this couple are amazing!!! Thank you!!

you guys literally have the ideal diet. i really appreciate that you dont shy away from full fat products. i love my fat, and without a substantial amount of get groggy and depressed. also, you're totally right about the almond milk. i use unsweetened vanilla. im a ice cream addict, and used to have no problem killing 2 pints of ben and jerrys a week. because im still coming off the cravings, nearly every day i make myself a peanut butter, banana, and almond milk smoothie. it really helps!

We would love to see cooking videos, what we ate today, or your dinners for the week. I get stuck in a rut and start cooking the same way all the time! And wanted to say thank you guys. I have been doing your videos for about 3 months. I was fit-ish before but you guys really introduced me to weight training! I had been doing Beach Body (insanity, T25) and while I had success, my body has really been changing since doing your weight training videos. I have lost a few pounds, but I have lost a ridiculous amount of inches! I had to go and get 20# and 25# dumbbells last month and I never thought I would need something that heavy! I feel so strong! Thank you, thank you! I am also a mom of three expecting #4 in June, and having the low impact option in your videos will be a huge blessing as baby grows! I can't wait to see how fit this last pregnancy for me goes!

HIT on the treadmill and some strength training that I've been doing on your Chanel and I'm down 5 lbs in 4 days. I lost 5 stone over about 2 years. I was so in love with life, being self conscious had left my mind and I loved how I felt inside and out, I hadn’t been a size 8-10 since I was 18. I am now 31. However, In the last 6 months I’ve let it slip, stopped working out and lost interest in my workouts. I have 8 months to get wedding ready and I hoping I can shift this stone I put on and more! A friend introduced me to your workouts and it literally have brought my focus and will power back. I just need to regiment my eating. I’m getting there. I hope I haven’t left it too late and can pull myself together in 8 months... I’ll let you know if I succeed! I’ll just keep going I guess. Thank you for helping me guys xx

When you made the comment about splurging on a take out meal, but wanting to come back to healthy eating because of the way it makes you feel, I can relate. I recently ate a whole bunch of sweets and processed snacks, to the point where I felt psychically horrible and bloated. Now I definitely crave the feeling I get when I eat clean, which is energy.

I used to drink coffee every morning, but recently cut back so now it's a "treat" 0-3 times a week. We drink tea sporadically.

Your diet is awesome, that's how I love to eat!! And I totally agree with what you say about how you actually start craving healthy food after a while, especially after cheat meals. After cheat meals I feel so disgusting that all I want is healthy food!

Really helpful to see the groceries your family bought. Intermittent fasting advises against eating small meals throughout the day. It would be great to hear your opinions on this topic. Thanks!!

I remember seeing this video more than a year ago and bring like "fuck, if this is what it takes to be thin like them then I'll just quit", but now my mindset is much healthier and this looks so appealing to me!

Thank god !! I was thinking, ... and eggs ? I eat a lot of eggs .. is it bad ?? :) off course it isn't !! Love you guys. I like this food so much and hardly ever eat junk or processed food. People don't realise how good it makes you feel when you fuel your body with those beautiful products !
