Timewalk I'm curious what he means by changing and growing? He also says that no one speaks for him. I'm interested to know what his thoughts are. Where he stands. It's obvious this music video is about guns and gun violence. I have a feeling he is pro gun control just by the tone of the song, which in my opinion, is a step backwards, not forwards. Gun control is negative change, not positive. There are many reasons why I believe that, but i would love to hear their side.

Ryan Kirby is a conservative leaning towards libertarian. I would think he is not for gun control in idiotic ways, he is a pretty smart guy. He has backed down on being very vocal about his political beliefs lately though, but you can find them if you follow him.

Disagree. AILD draws heavily on metalcore's heavy/death metal roots and is VERY lead guitar and solo heavy. Lots of melodies and shredding. FFAK is very rhythm and breakdown heavy, they're more of the deathcore sub genre except that they keep the punk/numetal style choruses that metalcore adopted and deathcore passes on

A world divided In a race that no one can win The worst fears ignited All the hate that's burning within Taught to hate anyone that dare stand in our way Taught to fight the system that keeps this evil alive and feeds their greed Are we better? Old machines have told us who to be Are we better? Your hollow voice won't speak for me Every day we're growing colder Our divide is growing further and further The hands of time are moving faster When will we stop paying The price of agony? There's a heart that beats for hope There's a voice that fights for reason Look around and see It's closer than you think Are we better? Old machines won't tell us who to be Are we better? No one's voice will speak for me Every day we're growing colder Our divide is growing further and further The hands of time are moving faster When will we stop paying The price of agony? A world divided In a race that no one can win The worst fears ignited All the hate that's burning within Burning within Destroy the madness Destroy the madness No one's voice will speak for me Every day we're growing colder Our divide is growing further and further The hands of time are moving faster When will we stop paying The price of agony? Old machines have told us who to be Are we better? Your hollow voice won't speak for me [Chorus] Every day we're growing colder Our divide is growing further and further The hands of time are moving faster When will we stop paying The price of agony? [Verse 2] There's a heart that beats for hope There's a voice that fights for reason Look around and see It's closer than you think [Pre-Chorus] Are we better? Old machines won't tell us who to be Are we better? No one's voice will speak for me [Chorus] Every day we're growing colder Our divide is growing further and further The hands of time are moving faster When will we stop paying The price of agony? [Bridge] A world divided In a race that no one can win The worst fears ignited All the hate that's burning within Burning within [Breakdown] Destroy the madness Destroy the madness No one's voice will speak for me [Chorus] Every day we're growing colder Our divide is growing further and further The hands of time are moving faster When will we stop paying The price of agony? [Outro] Holding on to what we know Too proud to change Too scared to grow Holding on to what we know Too proud to change Too scared to grow Holding on to what we know Too proud to change Too scared to grow Holding on to what we know Too proud to change Too scared to grow

@@Logann116 Having one innocent man suffer for everyone else's sins is very immoral. Plus, it wasn't really much of a sacrifice was it? He rose back from the grave and ascended to Heaven. Jesus gets the benefit of being God's son/earthly form while many people will be punished simply for believing the wrong religion and this supposed God would know this as he creates a Hindu in India, a Buddhist in Bhutan, or a Muslim in Pakistan. If God is all knowing, then this means he makes people knowing full well they would perform sins and end up burning in Hell for all eternity. In other words, saying God won't stop a horrible atrocity on Earth because of free will is bullsh*t considering he quite literally interfered alot with primitive nomads throughout the Bible. Life is precious because it is short. Death after a long life is a well earned release for a reason. But if our souls (if they existed) are truly eternal then our existence becomes painful because we either kiss God's ass for an eternity in Heaven or we burn in Hell for eternity. And an all powerful jealous being who makes people knowing the harm they will cause, the sins they will carry, and the infinite punishment God will inflict on them for their finite transgressions would make our lives an inherently sadistic puppet show. And most importantly of all, if God's message was so dire and his existence so apparent, then why would he need to have priests speak for him? He could literally reveal himself and become so apparently real as the air we breathe that there would be only one religion. But no. Apparently God revels in playing the worlds longest game of existential peekaboo and let's starving children in Africa suffer while doing so. I know all of this may have come off as hostile so let me finish by making one thing clear: I don't hate theists. If you are a good person, I will accept you regardless of your beliefs. I simply find all religion as a belief system to be culturally indoctrinated nonsense. I simply do not see religion having any bearance on my life. OK, paragraph over.

@@clipboss8052 look man, I do not fully understand Gods plan, but I do know everything happens for a reason, Jesus died an excruciating death for us. Satan has power in this world and that’s why bad things happen, and God is fair and just, he is righteous and loving, heaven is eternity with God and he’ll is eternity without God. That’s why heaven will be so great and he’ll will be so horrible. God is where all good comes from he is truly amazing and wonderful.

@@Logann116 Then why did he make Satan in the first place. If he is omniscient then Satan is necessarily apart of his plan (and in turn, so is Hell). Otherwise he wouldn't have made him in the first place. So in other words, God is still responsible for all the suffering in the world.

I’m At rock bottom with very little money and living with my parents. This inspires me to keep fighting. To get up. I’m checking into a rehab and detox to heal my trauma and move forward. The ending lyrics give me the chills: I’ve been too proud and too scared to grow and change, but God is saying, do it. Your life depends on it now.
