I realize not everyone can understand this extreme form of praise and worship music. It's not for everyone. It's for those whos hearts have been hardened, shattered and hardened again by the world. Those who have had their bones broken and yet rejoice in Gods empathy and mercy. Those who are being rebuilt with purpose and reforged in grace through faith in the fire of the holy spirit. Those who's flesh dwelled in the darkest part of the world, but who's soul still yet cried out for the light and love of our Abba Father!

Its funny because as long as we stay that way we will end up getting hurt again and again lol But its something I am desperately trying to change. I was born as a nice caring person I always had empathy for everyone and wanted to help yet my own parents hated me and abused me. I need to change this and become a sociopathic piece of shit like most people.

I like "Breaking The Mirror" better, but this also is one of my favorites.

I love this song and it hits me hard. I have my doubts and sometimes I even blame God for them, but this song reminds me that he created it all and he has a purpose for all of us. We need to believe even if we don't see it.

Ugh I love how well they can blend melody and heavy emotion with breakdowns that freakin slap

I'd just like to say, I really appreciated the fact that they didn't force another chorus in at the end. That was a good songwriting choice.

I lost my dad last year and they have dropped multiple songs that have helped me get through the hardest part in my life. I was in a dark place but God uses so many things to reach out to us and allow us to know he’s still with us!

These guys have been a favorite band since high school. I’m 25 yesterday, and I’m buying a ticket to see them in April as a gift to myself.

When Yeshua was crucified he said "God why have you forsaken me" moral of the story God had to feel our pain and our seperation from him to carry our sins. So if you ever feel like God is not there REMEMBER Yeshua felt it too.

This song really makes me feel. I was going through major depression a few years back and this is when I was a Christian, I reached out to a pastor and told him I was having suicidal thoughts, and I remember sitting there feeling hopeless as he could only reply and tell me to “tithe” and pray” and that that’s what would help me. I lost a lot of faith and spiraled downward into a dark place. This song feels like how I felt. Thanks FFAK.

Kinda noticed this late but on Spotify, 2:57 lyrics are "Then come down and show me ALL you are" instead of "WHO you are" which I personally appreciate better. It screams more desperation for help. But really, hearing this song feels like getting my heart squeezed to the point it hurts. Phenomenal band
