Fishing the Southern End of Pumicestone Passage between Bribie and Toorbul

Спорт

Finally, we got a break in the weather (well at least the rain) and managed to get out on the water at Bribie to fish the Southern end of Pumicestone Passage. We managed a nice bag of Yellowfin Bream and Sandwhiting, all caught on the old faithful bloodworms.

Hi Max, 3 of the rods were 10’ 6” (2 x 4W and 1 x 5W). The longer rod I was using is about a foot longer and is a Gary Howard Yellow Patch (not sure how many wraps - maybe 4). And yep, sometimes use Yabbies for the whiting too. Cheers!

Thanks for the info, I fish a lot for whiting up Bundaberg area, but take my mum fishing over Donnybrook area off the bank when I go down, enjoy watching you both fish areas I grew up around.
