I consider the Grand River my home water and fish it and it’s tributaries regularly. I am glad you had the chance to enjoy it!

I love that you finally got up to my neck of the woods. Grand River, Flat River. Pine River, Chippewa River, Muskegon River. All great fishing in Michigan. Lots of creeks and lakes to try also. Plenty of public waters to fish with loads of different species to catch. You'll definitely have a great time fishing up here.

The tournament videos can get intense. Quite a few smallies, but the story of the day was the pike ! The topwater action was explosive ! This one is just the beginning. More good times to follow. Oh man I know this area so well, I used to fish there all the time when I lived in Michigan. One of my favorite spots. I've caught a 20 inch Smallie, a 36 inch Pike, a 9lb Steelhead and so much more in that river. Also I see you like jerky, if you ever go back, visit Gary's Country Meats in Lowell, they have awesome jerky, snack sticks and smoked sausages, including smoked Andouille sausage that is probably the best ever. Man this was fun watching y'all fish my old stomping grounds.
