I use my very own SEF JIGHEADS at 1/4 size

I believe the trout in state water south of Houston is slotted 17-23 inches 3 per person no fish over slot, or has it been updated?

Nah, it changed brother. I kinda preferred it at 17”-23” but now it’s 15-25” and I believe daily bag limit now is 5

This is right off the causeway by entrance is SPI, on the side there is an area to park and unload kayak.

Paddle down to Twin Palms, we hammered Redfish there recently.

@seffishing Go South from Bird Island Basin to Badlands. You will see a Gray house on the right, stop there and look North and you will see Twin Palms. We wade the area between the house and the Palms. Be careful for the Rocks, they are razor sharp and will hurt you. There's some really good Trout there also. Don't tell anyone, it's a secret spot!

@seffishing Some good fish coming out of Packery Channel and Nighthawk Bay area. Emmords Hole is also good now and not as far as Badlands. Do you have a boat or just a Kayak?

SPI sucks for fishing....NO LIVE BAIT ANYWHERE
