I'm suprized cos I've been pole fishing a while and I'm totally confused, he obviously knows the fishery, knowledge is key, you're local fishery will be different, not a lot but it will be different, if you're new to pole fishing it is not easy fishing 14m believe me, find you're local venue, fish as often as you can, as a newbie, fish to 10m, on comercial its almost matter less mate, get some practice, if you're pleasure fishing, practice you're feeding, remember there are fish in front of you, don't scare them off with you're feeding😉 so 10m strung out shot 2/3" over depth maggot on the hook flicking 6-12 maggots at the float every 30 seconds, lift swing drop, you will catch fish.

Another awesome session a very well explained video helping others put fish on the bank, I'm getting back into coarse fishing after a long break so buying new gear, I'm a lucky guy as my wife has ordered me a Daiwa Matchwinner MW2 13m carp power as an early birthday present and I can't wait to christen it in style. ... very nice presentation, to bad is not apply to the venue I am fishing in. Last time I had to bring the beach fishing rod and put 0.40 braided line .

Class tutorial and simple explanations some fantastic camera work to compliment the session perfectly. My only question is would you have considered expanders at all and if so what would have influenced the decision 🌟🌟👍

Top quality content and editing. What landing net handle are you using?

these are the videos andy may and jamie hughes dont do enouph of,cracking video andy well put togeather.

Diamond looks good for down the edge. Is that one a new float or one of the original diamonds trimmed down?

Another cracking session Andy with many tips to help us put more fish in the net. When it comes to margin fishing you fed and fished quite tight to the bank and totally smashed it, but I've seen others fish as tight as they can to the bank but feed about 18" - 2' from the bank to avoid foul hooking fish or liners if there are loads of fish in the swim. Is that how you always fish and feed the margins or is it total preference depending on the way they are feeding, keep the videos coming tight lines and good luck on the match scene 👍

Great video. If the short line is fishing well would you still ping a few pellets over the long line in case the short line stops producing?

I can't see how you're short line tells you how the match is going to pan out, another angler might just aswell say, I start on the 14m line depending on the results tells me how the match is going to pan out, another angler might start at 10m on the drop of, what's the logic behind you're decisions.

Andy a question for you is it better to have the spine of the pole on top under tension or on the bottom under compression thanks 👍

I'm a big fan of guru an a massive fan of fishing full stop ... But if you notice from 11 mins on next fish he hooks white elastic comes out . . Same fish 2 seconds later it's blue elastic .. ??
