Recreational black sea bass fishing season opens today (May 18th) in Massachusetts and runs until September 8th. The minimum size limit is 15 inches with a daily bag limit of 5 fish per angler. In this video clip from season 4 of My Fishing Cape Cod TV, my wife Lauren and I are searching for our first keeper black sea bass of the season, filmed on May 26th, 2020.

Wow nice to know where to fish the black sea Bass. I been fishing in Cape Cod Bay but only catching small stripers and plenty of flounder. Thanks for sharing this amazing video.

Glad you enjoyed it! Cape Cod Bay has some black sea bass during the summer, but springtime in Buzzard's Bay, Nantucket and Vineyard Sound is better. Keep in touch!

@@staytight6340 good to know but for me I kinda had it slower than 2018, and 2019.My biggest fish in 2020 was 26 lbs but i got only a few bign's

This video phenomenal I love bass fishing so relaxing and such a beautiful fish and exciting I do videos too I actually caught my new PB bass if you want to check it out it was 100cm and 30lbs it was huge!
