Also I'm not sure who says there no fish in the river in goes out to lake Michigan which is loaded with just about every fresh water species. That was more than likely a big muskrat and not a beaver. The tail would be a dead giveaway, but you can't see it in the video.

Chicago is mostly catch and release for us. Except during Perch season.

Btw if you ever fish it again cast the other way towards the east side along the rocks the west side is way to shallow way more fish on the east

@@ahikernamedgq go walk thru south chitcago and get back to me. Yes I have been there. Watched dudes hijack a load of meat off a semi by backing up to the doors of the trailer at 60mph, and this was on I90! Crap town and I would never live there.
