Its August and cat fishing can be tough but suspend drifting around barges on a deep ledges can pay off big time, we put over 20 fish in the boat with this technique, the bait fish hold up around the barges and the fish sit in the deeper water and wait for them, try this to catch more fish when the water is warm.

Indeed it was, there’s always a hot bite after spawn on the Ohio in the begining to middle of august thanks for stopping by
Kind of looked like a Quillback in the cooler, but I didn't get a great look. Heck of a day on the water for sure!
