Gosh, we've replaced so many of these with Hart-smart positioners, but I've calibrated so many of these and other positioners and I/Ps over 42 years.
Please calculate the CV at varies stem travel .. example CV at 50 percentage of opening

I thought if you tighten the span screw it just moves the flapper?

Thanks for asking this question. 3 to 15 psi standard air supply pressure is required. Please let us know if you have any other questions
