List of frequently asked Control Valve Interviews Questions & Answers

In this informative video, we delve into the world of control valve actuators and provide a comprehensive list of various types. Control valve actuators play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of control valve operations.
A control valve actuator is a device used to operate a control valve, which is a critical component in various industrial processes. The actuator is responsible for moving the valve's closure element, such as a plug, ball, or disc, to control the flow of fluid through the valve. The actuator receives a control signal from a process controller or automation system and converts it into mechanical motion to position the valve accordingly.
Two main types of Actuators:
1. Linear Actuators
2. Rotary Actuators.
The actuators can be powered by various energy sources, leading to different types of control valve actuators:
1.Pneumatic Actuators
2.Electric Actuators
3.Hydraulic Actuators
4. Electro-Hydraulic Actuators
