Hi Nolan, great job on your 6th place at Cayuga. I was the guy at the union springs ramp last Thursday during your practice round. I knew I saw some of your awesome videos on youtube. Thanks! We kind of followed each other around on Thursday, not sure if you knew it was me or not but I waved at you when we were on that one stretch with all the big ones swimming around that were smart. I ended up fishing in that general area for most of the tournament but the fishing wasn't NEARLY as good as it was on Thursday.

A drive system definitely makes a big difference. And then once you have a drive you'll want a trolling motor, slippery slope!! The good news for you is that lots of used kayaks are going up for sale, I think it's people who got into it when the whole country was shut down and now realize they don't like it that much.

@@nolanminor6761 haha, I hear you on the trolling motor - I think I may be able to hold out - I enjoy paddling and the fitness element, so I know I’ll enjoy that about the drive system too.

I try to keep from giving away locations that aren't super well known out of respect for those who fish the same places as I do. Hope you can understand that! From what I understand, you can catch reds like this anywhere in the sound that has hard bottom and grass. Grass changes every year and so do the fish!
