This recipe is the easiest recipe of fish molee/Moilee , no masalas are used except for turmeric powder and pepper . The Star of this dish is the fish and we dont want anything else to over power that. So keeping all that in mind we have got you the best recipe . I have used basa fish but you can use seer fish or any one that you like .

Ingredients For Fish Molee
Fish : 500 Grams
Coconut Milk : 500 Ml
Green Chilli : 2-3 Finely Chopped
Onions - 2 Finely Chopped
Curry Leaves - 10-15 Leaves
Ginger - 1 Tablespoon Grated
Garlic - 1 Tabelspoon Finely Chopped
Turmeric Powder - 1 Teaspoon
Pepper Powder - 1 Teaspoon
Ghee - 2 Tablespoons
Salt To Taste
