Hi It is common for those of us who are working to think of early resignation at some point due to work pressure and other commitments. I have simply shared my thoughts with my dear KZread family and well wishers. We specially the nursing professionals are in need of comparing global workforce due to historical underpayment and lack of professional dignity. Our professional bodies have undertaken a breathtaking effort to address nurses issues with ruling parties across. So hopefully nursing workforce will be recognised globally.

​I respect your views. But I beg to differ on some of what you said. There are many people out there who don't work for money. My sister aged 70 an Engineer who worked for ISRO in the 70s is doing voluntary job of helping migrant Indian workers in Singapore who face several issues in their workplace.She coordinates with the legal team to have their issues sorted out. Many people all over the world do voluntary service without thinking of money. Don't underestimate the good hearts and kindness of people engaged in voluntary service.​@@LONDONTHAMIZHACHI

Madam ,I'm studying microbiology How about the microbiology field in UK ?

Your menus are always super . Your occupation is your contribution to humanity. No pay check can suffice this. Your hubby is the coolest guy i know. Your kids have their own lives in school now. From Personal experience, i wish to say, i am early breast cancer survivor and i have had surgery on my right leg. Everyone is in charge of their health. Recently to make the Long story short, i have to cutout all sugar and salt and watch my cholesterol. Health should be every ones priority. My gp slammed down her Phone and told me to watch my diet, exercise and relaxation. She takes care of my family health and immunisation. We have just come out of covid. Every three months i have check up because of the cancer. It is my gp that refers me to the main hospital for the surgery. I live in Germany with my hubby and two children. My trip to london was super. I miss London very much that is why i watch you. Do keep up your videos. I enjoy them very much.

super sister am also in the past 10 years of service. i has been working as a nurse in Qatar private hospital, furthermore how hard it was us doing maximum care to the public as i say proud to be a Nurse.
