Amazing enjoy ! Thanks for watching 😎
I done my WHV a few years back when i just hit 31. Absolutely loved it out there. I had to live in Manly to lapup that beach life style. For me its one of the best places in Sydney. Bit too far and expensive for some people but being able to play volley ball, gym, surf plus tons of class coffee shops and food places and bars it was the place to be.

@@DainLuka I’m currently trying to figure out where you are allowed to do hospitality work to extend your visa haha just in case I don’t end up wanting to do farm work for the entire six months lol. If you know anything about stuff like that I’d love to chat! :)

So my understanding is you have to do 88 days to get a second year. I have friends that are doing Hospo in Airlee beach and cairns ! Or going to remote/northern Australia - it’s very difficult to understand the visa rules 😂
@Daytondaily

@@DainLuka yeah 3 months of full time work so 88 full days is what I understood haha I just wasn’t sure what areas exactly hospitality was allowed 😅 I’ve heard cairns I just wanted to be sure lol. I’d hate to work for 3-6 months and find out it didn’t count 😂 thank you for the responses! Excited to follow your journey!

Hey, I'm thinking about going to australia on a WHV I was just wondering how easy it is to get into the care feild such as residential child care over in Australia and what the process are (I read somthjbg about a blue card, did you need to get this? And was it easy enough to get, any help is appreciated!!
Hey man, gonna do a WHV and interested to know whether you think it’s best to enroll on one of those travel package schemes where they give you a kickstart route / activities pre paid for or do you reckon it’s pretty relaxing in the fact that I can set it all up myself when I’m there with jobs, making friends and Aus bank account etc?
@DainLuka

I think they are really good Options but it is pretty easy to do everything yourself !
Thank you for this vlog, I was wondering for how long one is allowed to be working while on holiday visa

How would you recommend getting work? I am probs going to be arriving in Aus in the same position as you, having travelled for 8/10 months so will likely need to get a job ASAP to build up the funds haha. Do you know if farm work etc is easily acquirable? Nervous about arriving in Aus and not getting a job before running out of money :S

@@rebeccahagemann230 don't know if this was for me or Chasing, anyways, I am doing great in Sydney, I worked from the 2nd day and I found a room for a great price on the 7th day. Right now ppl say there's a housing crisis, prices have gone up, so it's gonna be harder and maybe a little more expensive than expected, but not impossible. Just be prepared to do a lot of inspections maybe...I arrived in summer so it was a little harder, it should be easier in April. If you work hard nothing is impossible here...actually I'd say is far easier than Europe...Good luck!
