I work in the healthcare field so I'm constantly with patients . When I'm speaking to them the way I end the conversation is I'll say is there anything else you need? they'll answer and if not I say well then you're all set take care.

Your nails are beautiful. Sad to hear your cutting them but I personally understand the nails messing up the typing speed. I have my nails in a short oval cut. 20yr Mechanic turned Admin Assistant, I completely understand taking care of your hands/nails. I couldn't handle my nails being cut all the way down at either job.

Whew! That morning was trying! I wanna encourage you and all the ladies to please DO be mindful of the feminine products you select! Most are known to have been toxic to the feminine body causing anything from cramps to fibroids, to sterility to even cancers... Smh. It's really sad. There are some brands that ONLY use natural products that are better for us. I bought my daughter some and they have noticed a significance difference in their cramping and has even shortened their cycles! When they tell me the name of the ones they use, I will post it in case you're interested. The brand is NOT any of the more common brands who are lowkey wicked. 😡
