You really outdid yourself on this transformation. Your reputation and close relationships were ever so helpful at the dealer in not only the routine work, but allowing you to finish up that under carriage. When I build my new garage I told the wife the lift goes up before the walls do...no sense in building a new garage if you don't factor in a lift, I say 🤷‍♂️

I never get tired of seeing these transformations! I love how he goes in depth with the science of detailing. It's trulty an art defined by its science!

No way this is a legendary Collab I was not expecting.

GT is one of the most interesting car designs that can stand the test of time. And definitely top 5 among the greatest cars ever made.

This is why it's so important to get a really ,really good inspection. Here you have a neglected collector car ,that now shows like it's been pampered/babied.

Rest in peace to the original owner. I’m sure he’s happy up there, looking down that his baby is getting the love it deserves ❤

The work and attention to detail you put into these cars......it's not a job. It's a passion! I absolutely LOVE watching you restore these cars. Just want to say I'm enjoying the level up in camera work showcased here, lots of great angles and it adds a lot to have a cameraman in the shop with Larry showing different angles while he works.

I love how much care you gave the car. Washing four times, knowing where "friends" may make a nest or destroy certain parts, bringing cleaning products with you to continue to clean at Ford. It looks like a brand new car! Thank you for the appreciation you give to each car that comes to your shop!

Was great seeing Doug’s video and then this to show how much work went into restoring it. Amazing job all around. Beautiful car.

I caught a guy out washing his Ford GT about 5 years ago here in Tulsa and he let me come over and check it out. He was digging my Raptor and I was fangirling over his GT hahahaha. Such classic cars and as a big guy, I’d love to smash in this thing daily!!!!

I saw Dougs' smiling face in the B-roll. Yeah, he is certainly the authority in getting the best deal because he has all the connections. I bet you as soon as you let him know this was coming up, he "made some calls". Such low miles, such a great detail, awesome make over. So sad to know the owner passed, but now his legacy is safe, bet ya he smiled from up there.

These are my favorite. I actually like seeing these exotic cars get to this point because it makes for a great makeover

"There's rust on the windshield wiper" - a true Ford experience! I owned a 1998 Contour V6. 170HP, manual, leather and power everything. Still the best car I've ever owned. But it had its foibles.

Glad you went the extra mile and didn't just clean/detail the car but got things refurbished like the wheels & tyres attended to etc plus the all important service. Really makes it so much more complete as a detail job & sellable too. Excellent work 👌🏻

Ironically this car’s value appreciated more on a net net basis compared to selling it in like new condition 7 years ago

The white with the Blue striping is the best colour in my opinion!

This GT is on google maps street view. Drove by this car almost every day growing up, parked right outside under a tree. It was ALWAYS there, I've never seen it driven. Wild to see it show up here

Everybody has finite time, money, and energy, and to be frank there are many things in life more important than cars (even one as incredible as a GT). Kids, illness, a business startup, home remodeling, and a host of other things can result in a situation like this. It's always sad when an owner that really prized their car isn't able to bring it back to its original glory afterwards though.

This GT lived outside year round. It was very weird seeing it covered in snow when I lived across the street. Mr. Y loved his Pantera more

First it was a nest, but then, you washed it and it is so clean and detailed. It looks like it was brought from a museum. And it should be in a museum. I can’t imagine how much effort you have put in this washing, and you do millions more! Anyways, Congratulations!!

Hi Larry, kind of irrelevant, but do you think foaming a car before pressure washing and then foaming the car for lubrication while using the wash mitt is a waste of soap? Also, you are my favorite detailing KZreadr!

I always presoak very dirty cars before the agitation of a wash as I said in the video.
