Hey john, just had your site pop up on my feed with your how to do a resin finish video. I immediately scrolled to your first one and can’t remember laughing so hard at a KZread video with your banter with your wife. I’m a 62 yo Grama and my hubby and I have had similar convos. I’m the woodworker and have been turning for a little more than a year. You have a new subscriber and I hope to see and hear more of your wife! That was just great! So nice to see similar relationships out there that you can relate to! Best wishes! Hubs is into hunting, horticulture and cooking. Keep up the great work!!

Thanks so much for your kind comments. My wife and I are newly weds of 49 years now and humor gets us through! Along with our Lord! We figured other couples would appreciate the banter.

That was a great video. I can relate to the wife's words in the beginning. Been there many times years ago. Now she just quits asking questions about tools and other stuff she's "never seen before". Love the little helper. JimE.

Ha! Luckily I was spraying latex and it looked worse than it was. Still shook up the wife a little. After a trip (immediately!) to the car wash, really couldn't tell. Thanks for watching and hope you enjoy the other videos.

Dear John, What a great way to introduce yourself to the world at large. May I take this opportunity to express my sincere thanks for subscribing to my pitiful KZread attempt which I would like to pursue once I can get that lazy brother of mine to clear his mess in the workshop. You have a lovely workshop & having subscribed in return will now be in a position to follow on your progress. Kind regards.

John I’m kinda new to your site so I might have more questions as I get a chance to review your videos. One question that jumped out at me since I am from South Mississippi is your air conditioner. How well does it do in cooling your shop an is your shop insulated? How big a unit do you have? Thanks very much. By the way, I too am a fan of Stephen Ogle. I have that he went more into welding and stopped woodturning(he was excellent). Thank you!

Thanks for your question. My shop is an attached garage with insulation in the ceiling but concrete block walls. I replaced the overhead door with insulated 2x4 construction insulated and insulated doors. They get a ton of afternoon sun. The AC is a Home Depot model and 12000 BTUs. It does a pretty good job.
