FIRST TRUCK CAMPING TRIP | Hot Springs & Alpine Lake Swims in Colorado
This is our very first Truck Camping Trip and all I can say is… we’re obsessed with our new Truck Camper and had so much fun. I’m sharing our complete weekend camping trip near Grandy, Kremmling, and Hot Sulphur Springs, Colorado. We’re enjoying some great dispersed camping on forest land, hot springs and alpine lake swims. We love how easy it is to get around in our truck camper and for tiny living, we couldn’t be happier. Follow along as I give updates and share our first camping trip in our new Palomino Truck Camper.

Just wanted to let you know that you’ve inspired my husband and I to move to Colorado. We currently live in Houston Texas and we hate it here. We’ve wanted to move to Colorado for so many years. Finally made the trip again and decided we wanted to make that huge step. It must be nice to drive a couple of hours and be in the mountains! It takes me 18 hours over two days. But it’s worth it, as you well know.

Great video and I am so happy you got that camper. Definitely worth it! So our boys moved to Colorado last year and my husband said no way we are moving over there because he doesn’t care for the cold. We are in Texas. Well after seeing your videos y’all convinced him we should move up there. 😂 Thanks for your awesome videos!

That's awesome to hear!! Congrats on your move! I think you'll like it here - we sure do. Coming from Minnesota - the winters here are so mild, but I'm sure it will be a bit cooler and snowier than Texas, but still nice :) Wishing you a wonderful move to Colorado!

Congrats and glad you're loving the truck camper life so far! We're full timing in an older Lance 815 and find it to be the perfect style of living for us. Hope to see you out there, we love Colorado!

I've never stayed in an airbnb, so I'm not sure. 🤷♀️

We always stay in an Airbnb and have never had a problem. We are actually heading to Colorado next month and found one with a beautiful mountain view. I always book with a superhost because they have the best reviews. So that’s the only thing I suggest.

I especially enjoy eating fresh killed elk, wild turkey, pheasant, duck and other gourmet quality game then char-grilling or pit-roasting the carnage to juicy perfection!🥩🦆 YUM!😘😋
