First Trip of 2024 Almost Ends in Tragedy!
Join me as I share my thrilling wildlife encounter during a weekend adventure, where a trial set-up and an overland trip almost ended in tragedy. Luckily, a free airshow at 02:05 lifts our spirits before we find the perfect spot to set up camp at 03:45.

Glad Lexi is ok Eric. Might need a spring lead to help out in the event she does this again. Lost one of our cavaliers on a trail walk in Algonquin and had that same feeling. A stranger down trail collected her for us as well.

Thanks for the comment, Dino. I have a cable lead with a spring damper.... But it's so long and unwieldy. I'm going to bring it on this trip. Maybe in the future have it shortened and swagged shorter 🤷
