Luigi I am looking to get an investment rental property in Playa del Carmen. I am planning on retiring to there in 4 or 5 years. I am staying at the Occidental in October. How can I get more info and possibly set up looking in the area if I have enough for a deposit by then. I will need Monicas help as well. I am from California

They don’t give you the total for HOA
