The scene with Homelander and Edgar is so much more intense when you realize that Homelander can hear Edgar's heartbeat, so he knows he's really not afraid of him.

I can't tell you how much I laughed the first time i watched the Translucent funeral scene. The empty see through coffin, Homelander's empty eulogy, Starlight's empty cheesy song and the photos of empty clothes. The whole thing is brilliant and the satire is so on point.

If you notice after Mr.Edgar puts Homelander in his place, Homelander immediately runs off to Becca and his kid because he knows he has power in that situation.

I love how Hughie somehow always ends up covered in someone's blood/insides 😅

If the Oak sees this, all I wanna mention is that u know how u or ppl reading have probably heard him say few times during reactions that if u watch a show or movie and u are shown an item or pic or person etc... where they seem to spend few xtra moments on screen then this show is imo one of the best at doing that. Nothing in it is filler for the most part. They put so much into the script and set ups. So if after u watch an ep or entire season, then do a rewatch and it was surprising to me how much stuff I didn't notice

Hughie was really frustrating when he was lying to Annie at the end. She very obviously knows he’s lying. It’s ok to not want to tell your partner something but you have to SAY that, not just lie to them. It should always be ok to say “something bad happened, I’m not ready to talk about it/I can’t tell you the details right now”

I find it funny how no reactor I’ve watched has ever put it together that when hughie say’s he can be like Katniss in Hunger Games, it was a nod to him actually being in the franchise.

The Boys is truly one of the best shows of the 2020s and im confident of that. Anthony Starr deserves all the awards.

Basically bro was on another channels video, it’s the channel Realest in the Room, the very last video they uploaded was over a year ago. At the 58min mark they start talking about The Boys season 3 and he straight takes about how it’s a “fire show”. Now he’s uploading them with titles like “FIRST TIME WATCHING THE BOYS”. The 2 main things that pisses me off about it is 1.) he directs people to his Patreon, which is downright fraud. And 2.) he knows Becca was assaulted but instead says he thinks she cheated. He does this to drive people to the comments about it and drive up the algorithm for him. Since all this happened he hasn’t said a single word about it. I can’t trust the dude at all. Who knows how many of his reactions are even real at this point. Hate how people out here trying their hardest to launch their own channel, meanwhile this dude profiting off lies.

The reason Hughie wasn’t honest with Starlight here isn’t because he doesn’t trust her with the information. I think its more so that hes thinking back to what MM said, the more he involves Starlight the more dangerous it become for her, he may be trying to distance himself for her own safety

The Oak says they all know what it means when they say someone is from Portland. I think it does not mean what he thinks it means. If you know a bit about Portland's history and groups like the VF, well, the writers knew exactly what they were doing.

Season 2 Ashley is so funny. Also kudos to Karen Fukahara for being able to portray so much emotions with just various facial gestures. I'm surprised how few people know about Stormfront though. When I saw the stream and the name in the top I was like "Oh, they have Stormfront in this universe?! But why are they live streaming..." which then went to "Oh, it's her name and she probably shoots lightning or something. Still a very unfortunate name though...". She even fooled me more with her Pipi Longstockings reference and then Stormfront did Stormfront things and I was like "Oh... Oooooohhhh..." haha... The writers definitely got me there.

Season 2 is such a strong and satisfying season of television.

The origins of Vought were interesting to me because until that moment I really hadn't thought about it, but yeah... Homelander does look VERY ... um... Master Race-y.

Hi I'm relatively new to channel and you're already one of my favourite channels. I love so many of your reactions. If your open to suggestions i recommend the anime My Hero Academia. Its about a world where nearly everyone in the world is born with a superpower and superhero is an actual job with hundreds of people becoming one and one boy dreams of becoming one but was born without a power but never let go of the dream because he wants to do what's right and one day he meets the number one hero All Might and the show becomes the story of how he becomes the greatest hero. It doesnt like much from the way I've described it but i promise its incredible. I recommend watching it subbed because the dub voice acting isn't very good and the dialogue in the dub isn't very good either especially with the reason behind the hero name he chooses. I hope you try the show and i look forward to watching your reaction. Great video btw 😊

It takes a few episodes for Season 2 to get going. I actually don't like the first 2 episodes of Season 2 all that much, but once it gets going, the series never slows down until the end of Season 3.

This is my thought exactly. It's a slower start than season 1, but once it picks up, it doesn't stop. Although the 1st 2 ep do set everything up.

There’s a short for what butcher did in between seasons I’m pretty sure they don’t talk about it and it’s a good little story worth watching
