I was in that crowd!!! I lived on hemp nachos, got lost from my friends at the last moment of the festival, hitched home with people on acid who lived one hour from my home. My friends thought I was dead. The experience was insane and I wouldn't trade it.

Actually they destroyed it the next night. They played on a Saturday night and everything was destroyed on Sunday

lollapalooza argentina 2024 was crazy, even 25 years later of their prime people got crazy
this was my generation .. we were just angry and fed up frustrated and horny and we didnt know why but the music certainly depicted our feelings

I was in that crowd. I couldn't even touch the ground cause so many people up on you. In order to get fresh air you had to be near one of those pits. they are not fighting. they just run and bounce off each other.

1999 Woodstock was my favorite concerts I've been to but that drop wreaked the concert literally but omg its a forever memory

That wood crowd surfing, is coming from the tower they showed in the background. They literally started tearing the place apart during this set, hot, no water, everyone losing their shit from the lack of staff. Literally started to break stuff!!! Fuckin limp bizket is one of the greatest underrated bands of all time!!!
This is when the crowds went nuts. The facilities were trashed and they were charging $10 for a bottled water,which in 1999 was a lot of money for a water, and the crowd just lost it

@@Kev27RS They just didn’t expect that many people to show up. They were not prepared for the volume of people. I believe they expected around 100,00 max but more than double showed up. I can’t put the blame on them but $10 waters in 1999 was way too much. We weren’t even paying that in 1997-98 in clubs in Los Angeles. I think that waters were $5 at the Key Club in LA and when you are rolling all I wanted was water. I had nights where I spent over a $100 on bottled water
