This song will always hold a special place in my heart. My 13 year old daughter had this as her ringtone on her phone and while she was going through chemo it would ring at the most interesting times. We lost her sometime around 2014 but every once in a while Fred Durst comes on the Radio and I swear I hear my daughter say "I DID IT ALL FOR THE NOOKIE" Rest in peace Lisa!

There's a kinda cute guy w/a bad hairdo in the bottom left corner, he has his left arm upon some guys back that's in front of him. The guy in the red hat behind those guys, is that some elf hat or am I high? Then I'm seeing stuff on the other side too! Closest to the stage, watching the crowd, he looks like he's got some weird helmet on w/something, idk a gopro maybe on the top? Or is it some weird medieval helmet? 👀 Idk. I'm high. 🤪
It's 2024 and I still listening to it, just shows you how timeless this song is.

Some of the best years ever. Highschool, pre Sept 11, KoRn was at a high, Limp Bizkit, Deftones, Godsmack, Incubus... We were all pissed off at our parents but half of us didn't know why and most of us would grow up to realize we were stupid and they were right. No one knew who Linkin Park was but they would soon come to change tons to people that liked this type of music. Being a prep wasn't cool and the looser your clothes were the better. We barely knew what the internet was and Napster was getting us all threatened with jail time. Ahhhhhhhhh the good ol days!

I was there. And I didn't even care about this band but it was still good time because I discovered everything else. In 1999, I was in high school. Napster started opening doors to music because all we had was the radio and CD's. Because of all this, Metallica tried to ban Napster (file sharing). It was too late because by then others started appearing and music was changed forever. I will say that this was still a time when record sales and record contracts were profitable. They were a hand made band, that I appreciate. Not pretentious.

I feel like all the great nu metal tracks from the late 90s and early 00s are aging like fine wine. I appreciate them even more now then I did back then.

Amazing how one can look at a song so differently with the factor of time involved. 16 year old me saw this so much differently to 38 year old me. And yet, it still fired off those emotions listening to it these days. Love this song!

I was 18 in 99 here in Massachusetts. My gf and I were at the mall and Fred Durst was in line at the Arbys! Big crowd around him. They were playing in Worcester that night. I remember him Being shorter than I thought he’d be but I’m just jealous bc he could have had any girl there including my gf lol. He did sign a bunch of autographs though. Drum and Bass is almost everything of Limp Bizkit for me. I’m 32 now and just realized he was more original and came earlier than Cliff Burton into my life. - From a shitless slave region of humanism being suffered under hoon-tribe-originated-parasitism and kiki'she' collectivism which is known as the name 'Korea', whose dwellers always steals and begs from Japan's original history which clearly inherited sincere humanity in Ancient Cudara more than its 'original' dwellers in hometown.
