Lol I have a hard time with the flopping I men’s soccer and the rest of the game is still incredibly exciting. Women’s soccer is just too boring lol. Especially when the Us womens team played a Hs male team as a practice game and those kids destroyed them. So which do I pay to see

Their television viewership for the 2019 WC Final was 14 Million, down from the 25 Million for the 2015 Final, but it was still higher than the Men's high of 11.7 Million during the 22 WC. The Women's team attendance was also down, averaging over 14,000 per game. In 2019, they averaged 25,000 for 15 home games, totaling 376-thousand. The men averaged 20,000 at home leading into and including the 2022 World Cup. This is the wrong example for Billy Beets to use. Still funny AF though.

Don't agree. They are actually very different comedians. Burr's act is all over-the-top exasperations. He probably learned to express himself like that as a kid to get attention. Carlin could go over-the-top but he was also frequently cerebral and contemplative. If you look up Carlin's history, he wasn't always the "crazed hippy" character. He was clean-cut and appeared on programs like THE TONIGHT SHOW WITH JOHNNY CARSON and THE ED SULLIVAN SHOW.

Those are 2 of my top 5 comedians.... George Carlin was the first comedian I idolized....and I was only 15.....his rants about stupid people had me waking the whole house at night 🤣🤣🤣

I've never heard Bill Burr say something that I didn't think was true, at its core. That's why he's so hysterically funny---he nails all of us on our stuff!

Bill speaking the facts every time no matter how inconvenient it is but he finds the way to deliver it in a hilarious way

He sometimes speaks facts and other times he exaggerates - for instance how dare he asscociate normal ordinary hard working hard living average white women with the fancy rich bitches he knows. Those women do not represent the rest of us. He is just trying to playcate to people.

As soon as my feed said asia and bj plus bill burr, i had to see this.

Bill takes serious topics and makes them comical. Master of his craft. Been a fan since 2007 (?) When I tried to show my mom even a little snippet of his first special about white guilt, she shut it down immediately. “Well he’s obviously racist and you’re going down the wrong path” 🙄Just listen to the bit! He’s married to a black woman!

Ok, this was so good I watched twice in a row. And I'm not even ashamed of it. ❤

Now that I've gotten familiar with Bill Burr, I noticed him in a couple of movies. I recently (for abt the 3rd time) watched a Sandra Bullock/Melissa McCarthy movie. I can't remember the name this minute but it was Boston, and he played Melissa's brother. I said, OMG, that's Bill Burr! Thanks to you and and others for reacting to him😊

yeah he's a really good actor actually. He was in Breaking Bad and recent has a really memorable scene in season two of the Mandalorian where he plays a former stormtrooper during the end of the Empire. He confronts his commanding officer in this one scene and his acting is incredible. ( look up the clip! ) And apparently they did it all in one take :D
