Before Trump was in politics Trump helped black Americans and was recognized as a good friend of the black community. As President he again helped the African American community and increased black employment more than any President in history.

Having a school with the word "Charter" in it does not make it a Charter school. Most Charter Schools such as Success Academy in NY operate totally differently (i.e. longer school day, dress codes (enforced), teacher performance standards, innovation, etc.)
