First Time Trying Wayback Burger and Fries

On my work trip to Yorkton Saskatchewan I had the privilege to try @waybackburgers2120 on my last day on the job. Unfortunately I didn't have any of my usual equipment to make a pretty video, so I do apologize for the potato quality.

I know now that we have them around here, but I just found out about them on that job. Lol
That's a good-looking burger! I need to find more smash-burger joints near me, I dig that bit of crust around the edge of the patties.

I'm not partial to any technique, but I can appreciate why people would enjoy this style. I believe this is an American chain, pretty sure it's from Texas.
