FIRST time trying Sisig 🇵🇭 Aling Lucing's Original Recipe

I tried pork sisig for the first time here in the Philippines. I wanted to try the best of the best, so I went to the food capitol of the Philippines, Pampanga, to try out the world famous Aling Lucing's original pork sisig recipe. This is the dish that started it all, and one that Anthony Bourdain said would make you fall in love with Filipino Cuisine.
I appreciate you all!
