FIRST time trying Sisig 🇵🇭 Aling Lucing's Original Recipe
I tried pork sisig for the first time here in the Philippines. I wanted to try the best of the best, so I went to the food capitol of the Philippines, Pampanga, to try out the world famous Aling Lucing's original pork sisig recipe. This is the dish that started it all, and one that Anthony Bourdain said would make you fall in love with Filipino Cuisine.
I appreciate you all!

There is a lot of Sisig in California. They said it taste better in California because they invented different new recipe by Filipino/Americans. That's what I heard but the Original taste is better in Pampanga. Take Care Po

Both are good Some have less fat, and replace it with it a little mayo and have crunchier regular pork, some do it the pampanga way if it's the restaurant's chef is like that.
Sisig is good...

Best pair with San Miguel Beer or Red Horse Beer😊
You're so polite and courteous!😊 Seems like you've lost alot of weight looking at your recent videos compared to here.
You are good at getting the pronunciation right. I know someone who lives here for freaking 5 years and did attempt to learn the language
😋

Bro you have to go to Iloilo city you’ll thank me after
Tater does love pork bbq sticks!
I tried it I like it. But some locals told me when aling lucing still alive, the sisig is much better.
Good videos. Not too polished and just enough editing. Lots of fun to watch. Keep on producing more content. What are you using to film. It looks smooth but also natural?
You eat red Labuyo pepper directly you're the man!
Angeles. it’s pronounced “Ang-Hell-Yes!” because… hell yeah
It is actually pronounced ang-he-les, pam-pang-ga (Angeles, Pampanga)

hahaha bro, next time: spoon in right hand (i assume you right handed) and fork on the non dominant hand. unless you wanna go full filipino style, then eat with your hands.
bro dont eat straight up the chili AHHAAHAH
Warning don't watch this with a empty stomach especially in the middle of midnight. Bruh its literally 2am and my stomach is grownling i dont know where to get food at this time 😅
Still the best sisig. I dont consider sisig dishes that is not similar to taste as to Aling Lucing's.
I don't think he liked the food that much. He was being polite
It's dangerous to eat skewers like that. You have to eat it from the side then slide the skewers still the meat comes off. It's safer that way.
They tell children not to talk to strangers. Filipino children be like what's your name💀
Aling Lucing is one of the most tragic true crime story
The pork fat is brain food
Unfortunately the original Aling Lucing in her senior years was hacked and bludgeoned to death with a sisig knife by her estranged 85 year old husband when she refused to give him money to give to his mistress.
Have you gotten sick from any food you have eaten there??? I was recommended to get a typhoid shot before traveling there...did you get one. Also i was told to bring charcoal pills for bad water or bad food....did you bring those??
Aling lucing is not too good. We went to pamapanga yo try it, and we still prefer sisig hooray.
