$4 Train to Kuala Lumpur 🇲🇾
My First time visiting Malaysia! I spent the day train hopping in Kuala Lumpur, the nation's capitol, to reach my budget hotel in Bukit Bintang. I had quite a long journey, but was happy to arrive and finally get some food at a local restaurant. They recommended Tom Yum (Seafood soup) and A shrimp omelette. Also, more pandan goodness.

My Go Pro died during this video. RIP Brother. I had to change cameras alot (and audio was messed up a couple times.) Sorry everyone!
Love how modern the train stations look. If I ever return to Malaysia, id love to revisit Penang and Melaka.
I'm aghast you're slurping up the spicy tomyam - but my fears are unfounded. You must've been an Asian in your past life - welcome back home!
You should ate the Tom Yam Soup & the omelette with the rice. That's how we ate it. The rice is the base food mixed we others.😂
I love Malaysia.Lots of delicious foods in Malaysia.Enjoy your trip & take care.
Rain is a blessing to us in the hot sunny day.. Best time to go out is right after the pouring rain where the temperature is the coldest. Just remember one thing, we are night crawlers. We do not normally roaming around in the hot tropical sun. We do indoor during the day and outdoor at night, especially this time around where the temperature is scorching hot. Careful with heat stroke and do not let urself be part of the statistic. Stay cool and get plenty of water may save your day and welcome to malaysia😅😅😅
One thing you gotta be careful in Malaysia are the motorbikes when crossing the street. If there seems to be a halt in traffic, you still need to watch out for incoming motorbikes coming through the gaps of those cars. Seen news of tourists get hit because they assumed all traffic has stopped when motorbikes actually don't.
Welcome to Malaysia ♥️💕 I hope you enjoy your trip in Malaysia especially Kuala Lumpur. If you have sooner opportunity, please spend good times to visit some of these attractions in other states of Malaysia : #Mabul Island #Penang #Georgetown #GentingHighland #Malacca Heritage City #CameronHighland #Kinabalu #Langkawi Island #Ipoh Perak #Kuching #SarawakCulturalVillage #Perhentian Island #MuluNationalPark Sarawak #Sepilok Orang Utan Rehabilitation #TamanNegara National Park #DesaDairyFarm #Kundasang #Putrajaya Administrative City #Semporna Sabah
hilariously funny 1st day .. what a LUCK!! anyway Welcome to Malaysia and Kuala Lumpur ... the most underrated country and city in Asia or probably the world too. Cheers.
You should eat Tom Yam with rice... In Malaysia, we mix our food.. don't eat separately...
Nice, so convenient to be able to use a card or online wallet for a train ticket. I don't usually have change on-hand all the time. It would be nice to have one in the Philippines
You got that right about being 'too American' in your pronunciation 😅 ...here our pronunciations are somewhat precise for A which is like ARE except of the ending A which is softer (or I should say it should be in local slangs) but you still can get away with ARE as it is the standard official Malay language pronunciation. So PANDAN if written in English for phonetic sound is like PUN - DONE ...and see how it fits with P(ARE)N-D(ARE)N. Hope it helps with your future travel around Malaysia.
Welcome To Our Country Malaysia. Hopefully u enjoy here in our KL CITY MALAYSIA. SMILE ALWAYS. HAVE A GOOD DAY.
Thank u for this wonderful video n for also showing your explorations in KL. Welcome to Malaysia.
27:12 Bro, here rice is the main dish.. everything else is supposed to be had with the rice, to give flavour to it. So the way we do it, which might not be the best way, is to scoop some of that tom yum broth and the content (prawns, squids, what have you) onto the rice plate. Wet the rice with the broth. Otherwise the broth is too overpowering. Curries, broths, soups, sauces, are designed to be had with rice. There are exceptions to this. But that's generally how it goes. When you ate too much of the side dish, and you still have white rice left, those are the sad phases. So we often watch how much rice and side dishes left, and try to balance it. When its the other way round, that's different. That's like saving the best for last. Why is rice the main dish? Before the industrial age comes to this part of the world, most of us are either fishermen or farmers, ie. had labor intensive job. We need the energy rice can give us. And fishermen/farmers aren't rich people. So what's important is the carb, and the other dishes makes everything enjoyable.
That why i love going to malaysia n thailand they foood is amezing
I'm KL native but never been to the restaurant you went to and never heard of pandan drink. Anyways, hope you enjoy your stay.
Somehow you have that charms that made people follow you to explore different places although without a clear directions.
Welcome to our beautiful Malaysia ♥️🥳🇲🇾
I stayed at the same hotel a few months ago. The closest station here is Hang Tuah next to Lalaport mall it's easy for you explore quickly around KL and quite cheap too.

You should hop off at the Lala Port monorel station to go to your hotel which is more closer and less walk rather then hop off at monorel Bukit Bintang…😊👌🏻

I'm impressed that you could finished the meal yourself. I think that portion is for 2 pax. Beside that tom yum is hot & spicy, most people from europe, usa, japan & many parts of the world can resist it.

You must eat Tom Yam Soup and omelet with the rice.
Welcome to malaysia bossque❤️
Blue token. You need to go up to new central to take the lrt? I need to revisit. The hotel is not bad, big bathroom and looks clean. Queen size bed too. We usually put the tomyam on the rice and slurp on the soup. Looks delish. Enjoy your time in Malaysia.
welcome to Malaysia . Enjoy your stay here.
It's really hot in Malaysia, I hope you enjoy your vacation in my country, thank you
Essential ingredients of tom yum broth are shallots, garlic, lemongrass, ginger, galangal and lime juice. Salt and sugar added to taste. You can add in sea food, chicken or beef and vegetables, typically cauliflower abd carrot. You're hilarious, hope you enjoy traveling my country. Subscribed.
Best video ever and i love seeing you enjoying life😄

Malaysian normally dont "drink" the broth. It is quite strong hope your stomach can take it. Normally we just sprink it on the rice (not so much) and eat it with the rice. Take care..

7:37 Ayo, NU Sentral, the mall near my secondary school, used to walk there with my friends from time to time after school. The dude in all white with the black backpack, that's our uniform, now I'm curious what time it was for a student to be there but for him to have just arrived from the KLIA station. Edit: Oh, never mind, the trains were full of students from my secondary school XD
