Surprising how so few reactors or comments below mentions Mitch's SHOES! They do put him a lot closer to Scott's height, maybe that was the point. Watching him dance in them tells me he has owened them for years or at least rehersed in them!

I’m glad you saw the sense of humor that they have. Superfruit is so much fun and a completely different side of Scott and Mitch. I’m equally obsessed with them as I am with PTX.

So Superfruit started out as a weekly comedy vlog by Scott and Mitch, who were roommates at the time as they traveled around with PTX. The episodes were once a week. Funny, silly and when they sing insanely great. So they become so popular that they created an original album called “ Future Friends” The song 5:48 Guy EXE featuring mad scientist Mitch is one. All of the songs and videos are great Other wonderful Superfruit performances that are insanely great are Beyoncé Medley , Empire Medley, Defying Gravity is ❤ Frozen is great fun Hip Hop goes Broadway are hilarious part 1. & 2 ,

​​​@@555VibesIn most SuperFruit videos be sure and stick around after the obvious end of the video for a blooper reel. This song doesn't have one because it's an officicial video that goes with one of their "Future Friends" albums; none of the really professional looking videos do, nor does their cover of Katy Perry's "Rise" (which was totally serious, and I highly recommend it), but almost all the videos where they're just hanging out and riffing off each other do. When in doubt, just wait and see - if the blooper reel isn't there all you've lost is a few seconds.

My fave Superfruit is either Empire Medley or Defying Gravity

Superfruit is an entirely different species than PTX! It’s Scott and Mitch’s journey through their 20’s while being room mates! Everything they do is the best!

One thing I really appreciate is how much they still use their crystal clear, crisp PTX diction here, so you can pick up every one of the sly lyrics. Superfruit allowed them to be very different from their earnest, clean Pentatonix selves.

Scott and Mitch started a KZread vlog called Superfruit in 2013 when they were sharing an apartment and Pentatonix was still working to build their brand. The vlog was mostly them chatting, joking around, doing KZread challenges, sometimes with guests. Occasionally they would do a musical episode, when they would get obsessed with a new album or an artist, put together a medley, and record them performing it in the apartment or a studio, just the two of them and a piano arrangement by Scott. That's something they'd been doing since high school. In 2016 they got serious and were starting to earn some money through Pentatonix. They wrote a bunch of songs and worked with other songwriters / producers to arrange and record around a dozen of them, released in 2017 in two EP's -- Future Friends 1&2. They later combined the EPs into a Future Friends album. Then they worked with a variety of designers / directors / producers to make music videos for all the songs -- full productions with sets, costumes, lighting, backup dancers. By the end of 2017 the vlog had ended, though they did one last music video in 2019, a cover of When In Rome's "The Promise".

Love Superfruit! Frozen, Empire Medley, Lady Gaga Evolution, Rise, Hip Hop Goes Broadway 1 & 2., Feeling Myself, any Future Friend Album official music videos (like this one, GUY.EXE). GUY.EXE. is one of my many Superfruit favorites, but this is just a layer of Superfruit. From hilarious to sublime, from vlogs, medleys, musical skits and more; it isn't just the same as this one and it is all so good! Thanks for your reaction!

So glad you are doing Surperfruit!!!! It is another rabbit hole altogether! Feeling Myself and Hip Hop Goes Broadway 1&2 are must do's. Superfruit's original Goodbye From Lonely is one of my favorites. It's very catchy.

Everything from Future Friends is great! Deny U and Imaginary Parties are two of my favorites, but they're all really great. I love Hurry Up too.

I LOVE SUPERFRUIT!! There is SO MUCH fun ahead- great music, hysterical antics…. It is very hard to choose where to start, but some of my faves are Empire Medley, Defying Gravity, Frozen Medley, Hip Hop Goes Broadway, Feeling Myself, Deny U, Happy Little Pill, Ghost Hunting, The Katylogues, Dental Opener Challenge, and The Promise. 👏🏻😂💜

Love love love Superfruit! You've gotta watch the bloopers after the sub page or people will turn on you! (Just a tip). For some totally different ones try yoga, ghost hunting, 50 bad impressions, 75(I think) bad pickup lines. And do the songs. They are hilarious and Mitch can rap. The Frozen medley they did with Kirstie they were hammered and it was still perfection.. And funny. I'm so happy you discovered them. Another rabbit hole to jump into!

Mitch just belongs on stage and screen. Somebody needs to write that man his own musical to star in!

Like you said, Superfruit is a different side of Mitch and Scott. All the songs from the 2 part Album are great. They also do an amazing job on Evolution of Miley Cyrus, Lady Gaga and Beyoncé. The 2 Hip Hop goes Broadway are a testament to their musical genius and mindset. Everything they produced musically for real or fun on that channel is our 🔥. ❤ Glad you enjoyed their side project. Sad to say, they longer create any content for that channel. 😢They got their own places as PTX became successful and grew up more or less and didn’t really have the time any longer. At least we have a few years of their magic as Superfruit to look back on and enjoy. Thanks for spreading your wings and giving them a try. 🙌 Nice to see you enjoyed it.

So glad you did this one! I've watched that so many times and it still makes me laugh - the looks on Mitch's face - so good! It reminds me of The Rocky Horror Picture show with nods to MJ's Thriller. You can tell they have been friends since high school - the Superfruit stuff is where they feel more free to be their true selves and is often quite funny.

The whole Future Friends EP has an 80’s edm sort of feel, kind of like Mitch’s just released song “Oblivion” from his Messer solo project. I recommend all of it. I’m completely entranced by the Messer release, Mitch is so, so, so good! Scott’s recent “Mars” and “Parallel” have a bit of a retro feel, too. Very beautiful songs, a bit more mainstream pop than Mitch’s slightly more alternative edm underground Messer project. Both of them have become extraordinary song writers working collaboratively on the extensive catalog of original PTX music, their duo Superfruit originals, and these solo projects. I always expect to love it, and yet they always manage to blow me away with something new and surprising. I currently have “Oblivion” on loop, lol. I’m glad you enjoyed your first taste of Superfruit.

My absolute favorite Superfruit video! Mad scientist Mitch...ALMOST perfect guy Scott! It always makes me laugh! Definitely find more of the Superfruit for reactions. Also, Scott's Mars and Parallel songs are fantastic videos as well.

Great reaction! It's obvious that they are able to combine their individually incredible talents to create great music, often with a bit of silliness thrown in (love the singing heads in this one). A few music video favorites are Empire Medley, Bad for Us (dance video), Beyonce Medley, Future Friends and HipHop goes Broadway 1 & 2. Some of their vlogs, like Ghost Hunting, Pet Peeves with Todrick Hall and 75 Ways to Ditch Your Date, are all really fun.

They did full production music videos for all of their Future Friends songs. I particularly like Imaginary Parties, Vacation and Deny U as well as the title track, but all of them are good. For anything from their vlog collection - Hip Hop goes Broadway 1 and 2, Frozen, Defying Gravity, Feelin’ Myself, Partner Yoga, Stranger Things - keep watching after the Subscribe card shown at the end for outtakes or a little something extra. Thank you for reacting to Superfruit. I love them so much. For years Scott and Mitch would post a Superfruit videos almost every week. They would record their content from home, from tour, from studios, from backstage, etc. Some with guests, most without. They have a lot of different types of content. All very entertaining to me. You’ve gotta check out their Evolution videos. All of them are fantastic, but my fav is the Evol of Nikki Minaj. Mitch is RIDIC!! Also for Pentatonix, check out the Popspring 2106 Cpncert. It’s live and they do mostly originals and the Evol of Michael Jackson. It’s a good indication of what they are capable of, which is pretty much exactly what you hear on their videos. They always say, we don’t sing anything recorded that we can’t also do live. check it out!!!!!!

My favorite superfruits are hip hop goes broadway 1 & 2. Staying for the bloopers is a must. Frozen, empire medley and the Beyoncé medley. I don’t even know any of the songs for the empire and Beyoncé ones but Scott and Mitch sound amazing. My favorite song from their album is Deny U.

I strongly recommend Scott’s solo work too. He just got married and released a beautiful song about the proposal called four and his other two singles from his upcoming ep (out July 28) are mars and parallel and music videos are stunning for both

You kind of jumped into the deep end of the Superfruit pool. Congrats! Just don't miss the early stuff - Defying Gravity, the Frozen Medley (with Kirstie), and all the other medleys (Empire is my current favorite). And seriously, when folks say Hip Hop goes Broadway 1 and 2 are hysterical, it is not an exaggeration. Enjoy!

Another wonderful reaction from you - I just love taking this journey with you because even if I have seen the video you are reacting to, it's like I am watching it for the first time - Superfruit is fun, amazing, crazy and never boring! LOL I think you would like Superfruit - Frozen Medley - Kirstin is actually in that one with Mitch and Scott and they are just having fun playing around with a little 'theatre.' Defying Gravity is hilarious and mind blowingly good at the same time…It is number from the Broadway play “Wicked”…which I would have NEVER known, if not for SuperFruit lol….

I think I might have worked on a computer like that and one even older when I started my first job. I don’t want to talk about it. 😒 😂 When I was in undergrad we had to go to the computer lab, type in our lines of code, compile it and submit it to see if it worked. I just missed the computer cards that held your code, thank the goodness. It was bad enough already. This has nothing to do with the video? 🤷🏼‍♀️ Superfruit is very diverse and you will be amazed at so many of their videos. Okay bye! ✌🏻
