Marc isn't just an incredible singer; he is also a great human being. His hometown of Carencro, Louisiana was hit hard by Hurricane Rita, and he used all of the money he made from this release and gave it to the town to help rebuild.

Marc is one of a very long line of blue eyed soul singers from South Louisiana. His dad played in the Boogie Kings which had a series of great soul singers who I'm sure Marc knew growing up.

Great reaction. Yeah this song takes you from Sat night to Sunday morning LoL. I'm from Louisiana also and only people from here can appreciate the very beginning and there's this back ground beat going "buh-dum.....buh-dum.....buh-dum....." Interstate 10 going from Texas to Miss via Lake Charles and Baton Rouge there was a gap where the forms were set to lay the road and when the front tires hit "buh-" then the back "dum" and that at 55mph-65mph was what it sounded like and those i like me probably still feel each bump when we hear it.
