but inferno is a masterpiece, hell the fact they even had to change the opening (and the animation in the anime itself) after an arson attack on a kyo ani studio during its airing (which meant it went on a temp hiatus, just showed how much they cared more about not negatively impacting their viewers when they could have just let it play normally)

They chose this song because this is original author of the manga, Atsushi Ookobo's favorite kind of music. He loves hard rock and heavy metal and specifically English music. He loves it so much that many of the attack names in Soul Eater (his previous work before Fire Force) were named after English bands like The Smashing Pumpkins, one of the main characters, Maka, has the same last name as the founder of the band Gorillaz and in the series her favorite book is call The Dark Side of the Moon referencing the album by Pink Floyd of which another character shares the name of the founder from that band. Also one of the most iconic scenes is inspired by a scene from the music video for the song "Come to Daddy" by Aphex Twin (the band name also being the name of an attack for a character)

SIDE EFFECTS and Bloody power and fame should be next on your coldrain list. The lead singer, Masato also sang a song called REMEMBER for Jujutsu Kaisen which is also amazing. I did tell you all this a month ago but I'm just glad you finally got round to listening to one of my favourite bands. And yes I was introduced to them through this song too 😁

This song is a collaboration between Coldrain and Ryo, former lead singer of Crystal Lake. Coldrain also did the opening theme for BASTARD!!, and an insert song for Jujutsu Kaisen.

LETS GO FIRE FORCE GREATNESS Fire Fore is one of the new gen shonen and honestly really fun while also getting a bit dark sometimes. Also the animation is really clean, the sound desingn is top notch & in addition the the ops and eds the ots during the episodes are great too. Kenichiro Surehiro does a fantastic job! Hope to see it reacted to on twitch or any format really idc lmao The full version of Realize by Konomi Suzuki is Amazing! Also might as well check out all Fire Force openings Spark Again by Aimer is class as well

*Fire Force* (Enen no Shouboutai) is good in every aspect. The story is interesting and mysterious, characters are memorable and standing out, music... well you know how good it is, animation is top notch, it done by same studio who animate JoJo. Also previous author work, *Soul Eater* is good as well, while being older.

An anime that very few people watched when it came out due to being rated R is The Idaten Deities. The opening is "When the Weak go Marching in" by Tatsuya Kitani. Super underrated, and the opening is fantastic.

Ryo was the guest singer in this song, he recently left the band Crystal Lake, whom I also think you should check out! I think you would love songs like Prometheus, Apollo, and Omega!

Definitely my favourite fire force song and yes. Anime is truly as good as the opening. My recommendation: Darker Than Black opening - Howling in the Shadows

One of the best openings I've heard. I've watched the actual music video so many times bc it's so good! I love this one way more than Inferno. It's on my fave anime songs playlist on KZread. Love XU from Owari no Seraph. It's not like this, but it's also good. Bungou Stray Dogs has a lot of good ones too. Love Trash Candy the most.

I hope you eventually check this out this probably other than some of the fate series has the best sound design in anime history. Very tight 2nd in sound design with some of the fate series. And easily in top 15 animations and storytelling. Such a underrated anime!

There are a decent number of great Coldrain songs already recommended that I'd love you to listen to, but one opening I know you'd love by Survive said the Prophet is the opening to 'Banana Fish' which has a similar feel. They did the first opening to Vinland Saga you watched 5 months ago as well.

Hidan no Aria AA OP - bull's eye (by nano) μ's - snow halation second one isnt really an insert song i dont think, there is a live version of it if im not mistaken though, and a music video version of bull's eye as well

I think you forgot about "deadman wonderland" opening "One Reason". It also had a similar genre opening and you liked it a lot when you heard it. That probably goes into your top 5 list as well.

Can I suggest a criminally underrated anime with a criminally underrated opening to check out? The song is "Dark seeks Light", opening of the anime "Sekai Saikō no Ansatsusha, Isekai Kizoku ni Tensei suru", or "The World's finest assassin gets reincarnated in another World as an aristocrat", to translate it in english.

If you ever decide to react to Fire Force, I will ABSOLUTELY be there!! I really can't recommend it enough, it's my favorite anime currently (I've watched it twice so far within the same month haha) All its openings and first two endings are AMAZING fr, I would love to see you react to the endings too!!

From Coldrain I really recommend Feed the fire, it's an anime opening too. The anime called Ousama game. This song is my favourite from the band.

Coldrain is my absolute favorit metal band. They are just awesome. Their album Side effects is a masterpiece.

If you want more of coldrain songs in reaction videos, there is a bunch of openings they did. Bastard opening, rainbow opening, they also did song that plays during final fight in s1 of Jujutsu kaisen you may watch soon.

You know what would be hilarious? If you started doing many of these more intense anime openings in a row and then out of nowhere a video about you reacting to the opening for Lucky Star gets released.

Coldrain does do some more calmer songs, the 2 that come to mind are "Boys and Girls" and "Don't Speak" Another song I like that would be good for a reaction video is "Before I Go". That song is a banger. There's also the opening to 'Bastard!! Heavy Metal, Dark Fantasy' called "Bloody Power Fame". Not as heavy as MAYDAY, but still a very good song.

Luke, Coldrain did another great anime opening for the King's Game (aka Ousama Game) anime. It's called Feed the Fire.

You should check out the Darker Than Black openings and endings. "Howling" by Abingdon Boys School is my personal favorite. Oh and I know you did the Bleach openings but I recommend the full version of 'Ichirin no Hana' by HIGH AND MIGHTY COLOR, which was used as the third opening. It's my most favorite one of the openings. 😁
