They probably have no idea what TRL is. Total Request Live was a live request show on MTV that came on after school so like 3pm, hosted by Carson Daily. Celebrities and musicians would stop by and chat and co-host the show with Carson Daily while they counted down the most requested music videos.

My fave Em song, and I've never really been into Em, but this one holds a special place in my heart. The dog in my little avi loved this song, and when he was a puppy this song and album had just come out, and I noticed he would start bopping his head to it after watching me acting a fool when it was playing. I would play this several times a day for him and as he kept growing he'd go crazy when it came on, and sit up and literally bounce his head to the whole song, up and down and side to side, over and over. Many a day that weren't so good, like we all have, were saved just by getting home and turning this on and watching him just bounce around, up and down, side to side, and I'd be in tears laughing, and suddenlt the "bad" day wasn't as bad as I'd made out. And driving around with the windows down, with this playing, and people laughing their a$$es off watching him in the passenger seat bopping to this at a stop light was a highlight of my life. R.I.P. One of the rumors was that Elvis died while eating a sandwich on the toilet. I think he did actually die on the toilet (very common) but I think they proved it was a nasty rumor that he was eating.

It was a nasty rumor! But yes Elvis had a heart attack & fell on the floor! Poor guy had a twisted colon...Extremely painful!!! But they didn't know much about that problem until years later! So people like Elvis had to try & live with it...sadly. For some.....the pain became so excruciating... they committed suicide.

Its my life, i'd like to welcome y'all to the Eminem Show After 25 years and so many damn songs, killer bars, destroyed careers, battles, cyphers, and all that........this is the line I remember most. For good or bad...Eminem has always been real and honest with his work. Almost to the point we hurt for him. And yet he has produced these killer just stupid funny songs. Songs that empowered, that drive, and that made folks better. But that is the one line I always remember first. It is from "Cleaning Out My Closets"
