COYOTE swap or you get DEPORTED it’s lighter, more easily modded etc. the interior isn’t better but if you’re judging your modded race car by the interior well that’s an issue

I love corvettes. My first car 4 years ago was a 98 C5! C6 zr1 is absolutely insane. But if I were to get a car similar to that it would be a Viper ACR.

@@jhugo1986 There isn't a lot of money in most of PA, and most of the people are spread out. There aren't as many strips around either. Plus the weather is crap 6+ months out of the year. The scene is much better in TX, FL, etc.

You should really check out what midnight performance has done with his c6zr1. Stock blower making near 900 i believe, now on a 2650

L Spence this is a car that’s averaged 1000miles a year since it was built ten years ago. That’s why I sad at least, if your driving it frequently and hard you’re obviously going to go through tires before their expiration date. This is a real problem with collectors cars though, the tires might look brand new but actually be very dangerous on the road after sitting for a long time.

100% man. I had all-seasons on my car, did two AutoX events with them and said enough is enough and got Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires and the difference along with rear and front sway bars are huge. Car handles so much better and the wheel hop was mostly addressed. The daily ride quality is better which was crazy in itself because the tires are 80 track and 20 daily. It just goes to show how bad my tires were from before.

That ZR1 is an animal 💪

How many people here actually knows what a Turbo 350 is? It’s a GM 3 speed automatic from the 60’s & 70’s. Turbohydramatic.

Agree but could always swap for the aftermarket c7 style headlights for the c6

It's in the gearing. C6 ZR1's were putting legs on cars with more horsepower off the showroom floor, and modded C6 ZR1's like yours were outrunning 1,000hp cars. The '19 will beat it because it's an auto, but if it was manual vs manual, C6 all day.
