Taeyong seems like he is the unserious one but he’s actually a strict person when it comes to practicing. You can see he always giving advice to members and adjusting some choreograph and position. Also he looks like he’s kinda laid back but believe me he’s watching other members moves carefully.. even tho he’s too energetic sometimes 😂

I believe NCT-U's "Baggy Jeans" dance practice was filmed before one of their recent NCT Nation concerts. NCT Nation is a world tour concert that includes all 26 members, so they have to hold them at really big venues in order to accommodate more than 26 members on stage and fans from all the sub-units, etc. Blue hat (blond hair) is Ten, who is a member of WayV and SuperM and he is NCT's best dancer, as well as one of the top dancers in the industry. Taeyong is the leader of all 26 members and a member of NCT-127 and SuperM, so he is actually not necessarily "the funny one" because he often has to be serious in order to keep everyone else in line. That's not to say he's not a goofball at times as well, but he is definitely not the comedian compared to other members.
